Using Amir from Eastern Property Advocates was the best decision I have ever made when selling property. From the initial planning through to the sale he took care of everything, he saved me money from getting the lowest rate from the real estate and choosing the best real estate agent to do the job. He has great contacts even saved me plenty on staging the house compared with quotes from the real estate company.
